I was there during Restaurant Week with a party of 7 others. I just wanted an appetizer and was told i couldn't order ala carte-only restaurant week. Because i did not want a full course meal, i said that I would just have a drink. But the waiter came over and then the manager confirmed that if i wasn't ordering restaurant week, i had to leave. I was in utter disbelief and ask to make sure and yep, they had me excuse myself from my friends, embarassed, and leave. When I called the owner the next day (who I actually even knew!), he said there was miscommunication, and that they didn't actually make me leave and I could have had just a drink (which I did). I said well why did they come over to me if what I was doing was ok. He didn't have an answer for that nor did he apologize and offer to even buy me a drink sometime. This experience, needless to say, has soured me such that they lost my business and at the very least, the 7 others i had to leave!! less
