Comments: I went here for lunch today with a friend. The restaurant is a converted Taco Bell (still fast-food place...just Greek fast-food). The selection is pretty good and everything tastes good for the price. I had the Gyros Plate ($6.95) with the salad and everything tasted fresh and as authentic as fast-food style Greek can be. I was pleased with just about everything I had and would recommend Yiassoo for people that want inexpensive, authentic-tasting Greek food and want it quickly. less

Hey, an independant restaurant that took over a Taco Bell. That already is a WIN. Great quick in-out place. The quality of the food is very high. Simple menu, gyros and other common Greek dishes. You can also order American food like burger and fries. High marks if you are in it just for the food. This is not a place if you wish to "dine". Even that is a plus. Saw lots of people ordering around dinnertime. Lots of start-ups working late into the evening no doubt. less

A great change from a burger and fries. Gyros are excellent, especially with feta cheese. Souvlaki is good. Only thing that I have not liked here is the Spanakopita. If you are used to true Greek food (or European style Greek food) you may be disappointed, but this is one of the better "American style" Greek restaurants that I have tried. Best french fries in the Bay Area!! less
