Yes, it is dark, but that gives it the wine cellar ambiance
and I think it works well. They have an extensive wine list
and the waiter was very knowledgeable. The food was very good.

This is a cosy place for a date. The food is not too exciting. The
service is a bit slow. They have many different kind of appetiser. i
don't recomend trying the creole. it doesn taste like cajun at all!

I have been going to the Wine Cellar for years and
the service on a Friday or Saturday night has gone
from slow to *really slow*.
It is a nice cosy place and if you don't like to
feel rushed this place might be just for you.
