After an excellent dining experience at Village Pizza and meeting with the very friendly owners, Tony and Mary we recommended them for a company lunchen. Actually, I wanted to taste a sample of the entire menu. I was not disappointed to say the least. Every single entree was to die for, from the meat sauce in the spagetti (and meatballs) to, well let's just say everything. They catered us like we were family. The portions are quite large, and most entrees come with a side of pasta, garlic vegetables and bread, if you leave here on an empty stomachit's your own fault.
The chicken parmigian is the best I've ever had, and their pizza and chicken marsala are wonderful.
True authentic Italian/Greek cuisine with all food made fresh. The owner is a wonderful guy and you will be wonderfully surprised by this quaint restaurant in Alameda.
