Uncle Tai's is very very good if you order off the regular menu. We didn't find that we liked the buffet or the combination plates here as well, though the food is fresh here too and they are still good. The regular menu offers authentic cuisine and it is not that much more expensive than the buffet of the combination plates here. The wait people are good and the food is served quite hot and quite delicious. They offer steak, chicken, seafood and pork; specialties here are so very good; chop suey and chow mein offerings here are flavored perfectly. Soups, lo meins and egg foo yong here are prepared with care and they show it. Uncle Tai's is generally a good place for a chinese meal. less
