Stay away from Tommy T's if you expect good food or service. If you want to have fun, eat somewhere else and enjoy the comedy. We had a horrible experience from the beginning. They didn't honor coupons for only some of our guests, the server was inexperienced, unfriendly and unprofessional. We got the wrong item, had to send back four steaks, and the server seemed put out that we expected her to fix the problem. We had to serve our own wine because she made faces when we actually expected her to serve a whopping seven people their wine. We were charged gratutity even though our party wasn't 8 people - the server just crossed out the total on the check. They also made us close our check even though we wern't done because the server wanted to go home. We asked 3 times for waters, and finally asked another server to help us. We never saw a manager on the floor, because he was too busy eating up at the host stand. And the bartender (who was too busy to come out and serve our drinks) spent the evening sitting on the back counter on his cell phone. To make matters worse, the server over charged our credit card $120, and when we disputed the bill the next day - the owner Gail, manager Mike, and manager Jan took two weeks to respond. We had to call daily, because they did not return phone calls they said they would. After all the discussion, the manager refused to refund the difference saying it was a "he said-she said situation" and she had to give the benefit of the doubt to the server. Additionally the manager made ridiculous claims to why the service was so terrible. This place is obviously run by people who no nothing about the service industry. We'll never go back and we've actually had to file a claim with our bank and the BBB. Wish us luck! less
