Tiburon (means shark in spanish) is one of a few rare and exquisite dinning experiences in SLC. The chef prepares meals in fancy European style and the staff are obviously trained in same etiquette. The New Zeland Elk is the best dish I have had in SLC and tops many of the meals I've had around the world. Good stock of wines. The pastry chef knows how to make the most perfectly balanced desserts. There is a definite sense of being cozy at this restaurant. Our California clients were impressed. In the end, it's all about the food and I highly recommend this restaurant. less

The Tiburon Fine Dining Restaurant is for very special occasions! My wife and I go their every Anniversary and Birthday. The atmoshpere is small and cozy with just the right amount of class and Ambience for a roughneck like me. They have indoor and outdoor dining in the summer. It is always good to make reservations ahead of time because they are small they are often fully booked. Each meal comes with salad, bread, and fresh fruit italian sorbe. I love the New Zeland Elk and the Lamb. My wife really goes crazy over the Mahi Mahi. My kids are not yet invited to this fine dining experience. That way I do not have to appologize for them. I sure the time will come soon enough though. Highly recommend the Tiburon 5 STARS. less
