This is definately the best steak in Nashville. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The dining areas are office spaces of the different cattle brokers that were based here. The sauteed mushrooms were fabulous. The prime rib was heavenly. Even the baked potato seemed to be the best I had ever eaten. To top it all off, I had the angel-food cake. Also fabulous. It was a two-layer cake with a raspberry sauce in the center. All well worth the money!!! less

Excellent service and steaks!!! the soup is also very good. It's understandable why so many stars have their photos on the walls (seen dining there) because it is the best restaurant in Nashville. Probably the #2 all-time steak I've been to. I assure you I'm going back there next time I'm in Nashville. call ahead if you need reservations, we called and didn't need them but it was also right after christmas. less

The staff was expedient in taking our orders and getting the food out to us. The atmosphere is great it is as if you are in one large ballroom. We had to wait on a table and were seated in the Saloon. Just sitting there you felt as if you were living in another era. The chandeliers graced from long ago graced our presence. The full bar is set up like one from the wild west would have been. We were seated near the picture window looking out toward 2nd street and the passersby. less
