OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I'm going to be sick! But first, I have to call the Board of Health! As I sat down for lunch to eat my ham and cheese croissant, I noticed a minty smell coming from my sandwich. I then lifted the crust up and much to my dissmay, I found a chewed piece of minty gum!!!!! It obviously fell from the preparers mouth or was purposely put there. Either way, it's discusting and I feel sick. I phoned the Los Gatos location where I purchased the sandwich and told the manager what happened. To top it off, his response was that if I came back he would replace it with a new one! I DON'T THINK SO!!!! I wondered, did he mean a new croissant, or a new piece of gum? He didn't ask any questions nor was he concerned with any details. He didn't ask for my name or date of purchase. Cooks should NEVER chew gum while preparing food. I have taken a picture and I am alerting everyone I know to NEVER, EVER eat there again. This is not a joke, although, I wish it were . less

This place is very busy on the weekends, and the service has become terrible!!! The line out the door doesn't necessarily mean it's a great place, in this case it means they are just slooooowwww. Maybe there should be separate lines for those just ... more

Maybe there should be separate lines for those just getting bagels to go, and another line for those getting bagel sandwiches etc. That might speed things up a bit. The bagels are good, but not worth a 15 to 20 min. wait. Weekday, early mornings are not as bad. less

I often walk into town on a Saturday or Sunday and there is always a line out the door in the mornings, which I bypass. The bagels are very good (although I've had a mixed bag with service). For less of a wait and in my opinion, better bagels - go to ... more
