Really GOOD food. The sweet bourbon salmon is a favorite. We were sorry to find that they no longer serve peanuts in the shell as an appetizer. (I heard that a customer slipped on a shell on the floor & sued. Too bad, the peanut thing was one of the things that made this a fun place to go.) Dinner salad is huge and the house dressing is especially tasty. The baked sweet potato is enormous and with cinnamon/sugar & butter it is more like a dessert that a sidedish. Did I say dessert? Try the brownie with ice cream -- that is if you have room after the generous servings of hot brown bread, salad, & entree. less

This was a good family steak house, they have some interesting sides that make them a little different from other places and that even serve as a distraction/entertainment for the family. They serve peanuts in small buckets and as you are eating, just toss the shells on the floor, not much really , but the kids find it amazing that they don't get into trouble for it and even have some fun with it. Periodically the waiters & waitresses will all stop and begin line dancing in the Aisles, My daughter (7) even jumped up and joined in and one of the waitresses danced with her! A highlight for my daughter's evening. The food is very good also, They serve a Tumbleweed (Onion blossum) that is HUGH!!! Overall a nice evening was spent here, come early, 30-50 minute waiting is normal. less
