For years we have gone to the Heathman as a family for Christmas. We have always been impressed with the service and the quality of the food——favorites are venison, steelhead and reindeer. Chef Boulot is incredible; he is the winner of the 2001 James Beard Award for excellence. French sparkling cider is our favorite drink, and the Chocolate Gormandice (sp?) is the most popular dessert. less
