Tabu is fabulous. There is a new chef (March 2005) who is working
on making things even better than before, and his creative approach
to mixing and matching flavors, foods and textures makes for
some good, tasty fun.

Aletta is our favorite bartender, and she mixes a mean cocktail.
Try the blackberry mai-tai. They also have a handful of great
brews on tap. During the hot months, go for an IPA.
<br>
Service is uniformly okay; nothing special but they know how
to keep things moving. Tell them if you're looking for a slower-paced
meal.
<br>
The food is NOT Caribbean-based. It's decidely more Cuban
and South American. Consider the guava-chipotle ribs (available
on weekend nights) or the Argentine-style steak. It's great
stuff!
