Definitely as the name sake states! You have a limited selection of what your entree will be...Chicken or STEAK. In addtion, their salad bar is limited and your sides are few, but that is ok if you are their for their BEEF...the regular porterhouse is the size of a VERY LARGE PLATE! Always grilled to your desire. Not much room left to fill your appetite. Great set up, views from every part of the main dining area. True "cowboy/cowgirl" dining. One could even park their horse if they would like. less
