Very traditional style Sushi, yet excellent new style rolls and creative fusion. Chef orders special fish from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo at least twice a week and he runs out of them on that day. I was lucky to get Kochi(Flat Fish), Gin Medai (Alfoncino), and Aji Sugatamori (Spanish Mackele). Great Food. I thank it's best in California. Thanks less
