One of the most elegant and sophisticated Chinese restaurants in town. Fresh and varied, the catch of the day can include fresh crab, rock cod, geoduck, scallops, abalone, oyster, prawns, and more. Pick your own from the tank or order from the menu if you'd rather not meet your food eye-to-eye before it's cooked. Dim sum is a treat, with the emphasis on seafood. Just point and choose. Very very busy on a saturday night, well that's vancouver, especially a good quality popular restaurant. We had hot and sour soup, rock salt prawns, singapore noodles and pea shoots with garlic sauce. This was a heavenly feast! there were only 2 of us, and I do not recommend this place for an intimate dinner but if you are getting together with friends for a feast, you will be delighted! For groups, make reservations, just as a couple we were lucky and got a secluded table in the corner, but very little attention from the servers. I observed the groups being treated very well! mostly asian clientele. WeLL, actually, i was the only white canadian i saw..but its a huge room. this is definitely a place to bring family and friends if they love great chinese seafood cuisine, be prepared to spend quite a bit but it will be worth it. less
