Salads are so-so. Soups are much too salty for people looking for ''healthy'' food. Very rarely do they have sugar-free desert or baked-goods items for diabetics or others wanting sugar-free stuff. The pasta selections (usually 3) are also only so-so because they're covered with thick, heavy cheesy sauces full of fat and salt. Not exactly healthy! less

Best place to go if you love all kind of salads. Although they're called Souplantation but they have more salad stuff than soup. On the East coast, this same company is called Red Tomatoes (I think). I guess the name "Souplantation" sounds too ... more
