Not only does Solo on the Bay a beautiful location but, the only place in this area of Bal Harbour that sits right on the water. <br> The atmosphere is a total turn around from the previous owners of the restaurant. The menu is very encompassing. Lunch and Dinner menus, which (its ingredients) touch all points of the tropical regions of the globe, are well thought out. Many menu choices are as inexpensive as the view of Biscayne Bay is beautiful. <br> The two large but beautiful bars are more than anyone can expect for a restaurant perched inside a county park. This is the only place a person should come for a Waterfront sunset dining experience. <br> What we didn't expect to find is that the top floor of the restaurant(with huge dining capacity) to be as elegant as they turned out. One room is low-key and informal while the other is plush with hints of rustic textures and plush furnishings. The informal side of this top floor has massive projection screens and a killer sound system that has housed sporting event broadcasts, South Beach niteclub events and fashion shows. <br> Not withstanding the location of this restaurant, it is surely going to be one of Miami's favorites in a very short time.
