I don't know if you've noticed the restaurants in this town all have one thing in common (with the exception of Tomato Cafe, Ingleside Cafe, and Starbucks ;) ). They all suck. So when this one came along, I was extremely skeptical but also hopeful. After trying it tonight, I declare it the best Asian/Thai restaurant in San Carlos. It's even better than the yummy Bangkok Bay Restaurant in Redwood City, which scores a B . I had the garlic pepper shrimp which was succulent, fresh, and most important, TASTY! Go there, you won't regret it. It scores an A. less
