Well first off the food was disgusting! it went right through me almost didnt make it to the bathroom there and that was the nastiest public restroom i have ever been in! looked like they hadnt cleaned it in weeks! ALL of the employees were RUDE!!!!!! we had to wait 1 1/2 until our food got to us, then there were people that got there after us and got there food before us and they asked why it took so long and the waiter told them there meal is free, and they told us they were having problems in the kitchen? why wasnt ours free? the lady at the front counter smelled like she hasnt showered sense birth! i will never go there again! less

I struggled between 2 and 3 stars. This restaurant used to be very good. I do not know what has happened over the last few years, but it has gone downhill. We used to order from them for each family member's birthday. Not anymore! The meat is usually very dry and the ribs have been consistantly overdone. There is also another problem we have experienced since the beginning (not just the last few years). I do not think there has ever been a time that our large carry outs have ever been spot on. There seems to always be something missing. Barbecue sauce, bread, baked beans...always something. I did wisen up and I began going through the bags and counting everything before I left the restaurant. It is very sad to see the quality of food diminish as much as it has. Suggestion: Please go back to the management team you had in the beginning. If you are cutting corners on quality, please don't. People do not mind to pay a little extra if the quality is there. less

I had that a couple of times there, just to try it out. It was very disappointing. As for their ribs. They USED to be excellent, but have severely lessen in quality. Hey, SHYLER'S, why don't you actually COOK the meat in the ribs thoroughly?? I won't go there anymore because I don't want to eat half-cooked meat of any kind. Also, after you learn to cook the meat fully... learn to BBQ it as you are cooking it. Don't 'cook' some meat then pour sauce over it and call it BBQ. BBQ isn't real BBQ unless the sauce gets cooked into it. We'll never go back. We'll have to make an occasional trip to Moonlite... haven't been there in years, hope they haven't went in the toilet like Shyler's. less
