Used to love going there after Razorback football games but something has happened in the last 3 years. Everything it seems is now deep fried. The chicken fried steak was all fried and no steak. I'm totally disappointed in the food there now and in no hurry to go back. Sad because this was a great place to eat. less

Once again, forget about counting carbs and dig in to their fresh bread with honey butter. OK, you'll fill up faster and get to take the rest of the meal home, but that's ok, it's well worth a midnight trip to the fridge! The atmosphere was outstanding as well as the service. By the time the meal was over, we'd completely forgiven the long wait to get a table. less

Great food and very nice workers. If it's your birthday you can expect a personal song from Evis himself. The first time I went there I thought I would be disappointed but everything was great. The thing I like most is the bread. They give you sweet butter to spread over it and it's just mouth watering. It was so good I asked for more just to wrap up and take home. If your ever in North Little Rock go to Shorty Smalls it will be something to write home about. less
