The Pad Thai is excellent as well. Saigon Cafe is the home of many regulars. The servers have good personality and will strike up a conversation with you. Another "little" gem that has gradually expanded and taken over adjoining property. But it has remained faithful to the owners' commitment to offering authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Those familiar with Vietnamese food will find most of their favorites and those not will find this a perfect place to get acquainted. The specialty is "Soups" of every type, particularly good on a cold and wet evening. The Chia-Gio (egg rolls) may be among the best around. They have a number of Off-menu dishes which you may want to sample. THe Caramel-Chicken is worth a try! The staff is very pleasant and if you do have a movie deadline to meet, just make sure you tell them. less

Excellent food. Good selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians. You can't beat the dinner prices and portions. It is within walking distance to the 20 screen Regal Cinemas in Sterling. Don't expect to go in and have a quick meal. It takes a while to get your check. The staff is very pleasent and mean well, but are constantly busy. Saigon Cafe is more like having friends from Vietnam invite you over for lunch or dinner. Check it out... you won't be disappointed. less
