Riggin's, A charming, quaint restaurant decorated in a mariner motiff. The all you can eat garlic crabs at 17.95 are excellent. As are the soft shell crabs, which are not all you can eat. Waiting time when busy is around half an hour. The wait staff is prompt and friendly. No drink refills on soda, only tea. Special promotion, go online to their website and print a coupon for your birthday, and present it on your birthday and get a surprise. They also send you an e-mail when it's your birthday. The location is nothing to speak of, no views, or water, but, great food and friendly atmosphere, casual wear, shorts accepted.Major credit cards accepted. less
