I started eating here in the early 1970's, and it's one
of my fondest childhood memories. The ribs are tender and meaty,
and their sauce is the perfect partner. This is an outstanding
restaurant! If you like barbeque make the trip!

Rib tips: $7 and change
Whole slab: $13 and change
2nd best in town (Only Lem's is better at 56th & State).
Best fries in a bag covered w/ sauce for those late night
tokers!

Full slabs are more expensive than $10. They are the best ribs I
have ever had. I get them often and occasionally I will get a
slab that is not as good as usual. For the most part, Ribs and
Bibs is finger lickin' good!
