Typical... A Chicago "veggie" restaurant that ends up serving meat as well, but what do you expect? Come here and it's hard to resist the Greek lamb and beef... End up eating meat... Anyway, for diehard salary people in the Loop, who are trying to be healthy or veggie, it is a good place for an alternative... The Loop isn't the greatest neighborhood in Chicago for food searches... Reza's proves that. less

Their veggies are good, but I would say that the highlight of the meal was the perfectly cooked beef and chicken kabobs. Large portions are big enough to feed two people or one person for 2 to 3 meals. The soup is also wonderful--very rich--a must for anybody sick or feeling blue! less

As a vegetarian, I am very disappointed to have fallen into the trap of being sucked into the door of Reza's. The food we ate was relatively good. The prices are very reasonable for the food we received. The drawback comes when a vegetarian orders ... more

As a vegetarian, I am very disappointed to have fallen into the trap of being sucked into the door of Reza's. The food we ate was relatively good. The prices are very reasonable for the food we received. The drawback comes when a vegetarian orders from the very limited vegetarian menu and receives *exactly* the same food as the appetizers. This is *not* a vegetarian restaraunt any more than 90% of the other restaraunts in the greater Chicago area. Please don't insult vegetarians and lead them astray with the 'vegetarian' moniker. In closing, the restaraunt is pleasant, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed - good, but not any great find. less

Although I've been to both locations of Reza's, I still prefer the Anderson location. As a plus, there is parking across the street. Try the 'combination', beef and chicken on a bed of dill rice with grilled vegetables. It doesn't get simpler or tast ... more

If you enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, this 'Persian' will delight you. A full four pages of entrees. When seated, you get a garnish munchie of fresh parsley, feta, tomatoes, onions and olives with pita. The dilled rice, the simplest of pleasures, sets off your entree like a bouquet of roses. Service is first class, black tie, and extremely helpful for the Persian novice. Extensive wine list. Bistro atmosphere. When the weather's good, they open up the front windows for al fresco dining. The area (Andersonville) is nice to stroll after dinner. The average entree price is a bargain for what you get. less
