I see the last review for this was in 2000 and the address is listed as 117 North St which I believe is now where Ravette can be found. Simmilar names bbut totally different ambiance. Ravenous is not around the corner from The Raven Theatre (and the Ravenette next door to the Raven) in a little bungalow that has a sort of modern French villa kind of feel. We managed to work our way into a couple of seats at the bar where the bartender was extremely knowledgeable and tailored our wine and drinks to our exact tastes and ccravings. He also advised me of a lamb dish off the menu that was pure bliss. The spouse had gorgonzola cheeseburger that met his 'ravenous' desires after a day of hitting wineries. I highly recommend Ravenous for excellent everything - if you can get in (unlike Ravenette, I believe they take rez's) you should go for it. Even lunch is packed, so consider calling ahead regardless. Enjoy in good health! less

Pretty big wine selection for such a small place, with lots of food-friendly choices. less
