Great steak. You pick the cut/type you want and then either you grill it over a huge grill in the center of the room or you can pay a little extra for them to do it for you. Sounds strange to pay for a steak and then cook it yourself, but all the rest is done for you, baked potatoe, salad bar, appetizers, etc. and if you're a half-way decent cook and maybe a bit picky this could be perfect. Would be very good for a group, party type situation, all stand around grilling steaks & visiting. less
