Cajun specialties including andouie sausage in their dirty rice, spicy fried chicken, spicy fries, Jambalaya if you hit it right, yes this can be the kind of place to go if you like this kind of food. I do. One warning, watch the menu. One of the few fats food places where ordering ala carte is usually less expensive than a combo! Also, don't ever get that extra piece of chicken. They charge for a breast and give you a wing. It seems to be something in the chain. less
