First, this restaurant location is now called The Union Bistro. It is different owners that Pinos. The Union is fabulous. I have been for dinner once and lunch 3 times. The menu is unique. I have had the grilled chicken salad which has this fabulous peanutty dressing on it. It is so good! The pasta and home made desserts are beautiful. They have an in house pastery chef. If you loved pinos and are sorry it is gone, give The Union Bistro a shot. It is a different type of place but still about the best food in Castle Rock. less

Joshua Appleman must have a vendetta with the resturant... I know for a fact that entrees dont cost over 50$...and if he thinks that the waitresses are ugly, thats his opinion, and has nothing to do with rating the resturant...I dont want to call him ... more
