The Pinecrest is certainly a greasy-spoon type restaurant,
if nothing else. Outside, a sign proclaims "The Best Breakfast

This family owned Diner, is a 'greasy spoon' in the middle
of San Franciscos Theater District. They have a few tables and
a Counter. A good place for a good old fashioned American Meal..
for a very reasonable price.
