Since expanding a few months ago, Pie In The Sky has a much nicer waiting area and plenty of seating for customers. Highlights remain their St. Albans Pizza (Vermont Sausage, Onions, Cheddar, and Granny Smith Apples.) They also have a special pizza every month, I love their BBQ Chicken, it's a pizza to watch for. <br> For those wanting something different - Pie In The Sky also offers grinders, salads, Minestrone soup, and a few desserts--the raspberry oatmeal bars are my favorites. less

Unique pizzas (One with no sauce, Granny Smith Apples, Sausage and Cheddar cheese) are the reason we keep going back! Prices are a little higher than others, but the quality is well worth it. They have a variety of subs (we have yet to try their subs), pizzas, soups & salads. The location is okay, a little hole in the wall in the Highgate Shopping Center, but looks are deceiving. Once you enter, there is actually quite a large seating area in the back of the store. less
