well first off pepper sisters is southwester, which is not really at all comparable to either of the mexican places listed in the first review up there. it's a hip little locally owned restaurant on the outskirts of downtown on the way the the historical area of bellingham. there is ususally no wait and the food is excellent. i've heard the occasional complaint about poor serivice, but hey, that places gets busy! if you have no empathy, then you've obviously never been a server yourself. if you've ever in town, it's a great place to have some good food! less
