Searching for the best Italian Restaurant to eat last week was fun. Our feet brought us to Patsy's and it's remarkable experience. The service is excellent, we are well-accommodated. The food tastes great too and the ambiance is unique and elegant.

I went to Patsy's restaurant in the late afternoon. The maitre
dee who I have since learned is the father of Sal the chef was totally
unfriendly to me and made me feel I didn't belong.

this is the best, bar none, italian restaurant in midtown, maybe
the whole city. the one drawback is the quickness of service to
get you in and out because it is small and you must have reservations
during peak times.
