A quaint little restaurant in the outskirts of Lawrenceville (it's not really in Trenton). Food quality is usually good, but they sometimes tend to use the same sauce (rasam) in dishes that are supposed to differ. They primarily offer Northern Indian cuisine, and include several well-known South Indian items (e.g. dosas) on the menu. They have a liquor license, but this unfortunately translates to overpriced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. On a positive note, usually you won't need reservations unless you have a large (6+) group. They also are kid-friendly, with high-chairs and traditional American fare (burgers & the like) for the little ones. less

Service is good (a bit slow some nights), but they tend to push the overpriced! drinks.
They cater too, but their prices are on the high side. In the Princeton area, also consider the many other fine Indian caterers.
For the price, decent quality food. less
