For dinner, I had the crispy honey shrimp with the chicken lettuce wraps and harvest spring rolls for appetizers. The lettuce wraps were good but not as seasoned as I had first thought. I could have used more sauces or more filling but I were sharing with two others though we did request more lettuce leafs. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty after dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. I was a little disappointed with the honey shrimp as it was not very crispy. The meals were served family style so I was able to share and try some other dishes. I enjoyed my friend's chicken chow fun a bit more. The place is very trendy styled and the parking lot fills up so plan to get there early. Definitely not authentic Chinese but more of a fusion cuisine. Just in case you did a double take, the restaurant name is correctly spelled "P.F. Chang's China Bistro". less

ok.. first off this is not a true chinese place. so don't go there if you expect authentic chinese. its not. i found some of the appetizers to be pretty good. like the dumplings and chicken lettice wraps. as for the entress. it seems to be hit or miss. the style of food was very americanized which wasn't what i was into. i didn't think the food was all that great. but i heard some of the dishes we didint order where better. it has a really nice atmosphere. and is extremly busy. the serive was good dispte the wait. what i think is funny is when they make the sause infront of you. its a good place to go with a large group so you can sample several dishes. but personally. i didn't care about the food. don't think i'll be going back. but i know a lot of people that lov ethat place.. so it might be worth a trip. just be warned. if your looking for real chinese. this is not the place less

Ok the first time, but every time I went (2 -3 times) I lost interest. The food is as would be expected from a Chinese chain restaurant. Slightly below average for the price. Mandarian Gourmet on De Anza is a better place/deal. Even though PF Changs is closer, it is not worth it. Bad service and even though it is new, it is getting dirty and run down. <br> Oh..and the valet parking is a joke. I'm not gonna pay $2.00 to have someone drive my car 20 feet and park it in a spot. When I pay for valet parking, I want the guy to run a few blocks at least. Thinking about the parking, I just lowered my rating to 1 star. less

I was in town on business and was looking for a bistro. I walked into this incredible restaurant and found exactly what I was looking for. Everything about the dining experience here was perfection. First of all, it was designed and decorated beautifully. It was "fresh" and exciting. After observing for a few minutes, I felt great joy in seeing everything running like clock work. The entire staff was very efficiently doing a wonderful job. It was a true "fantasy" in fine restaurant management. The service was impecible and offered with generous smiles and courteous assistance. The environment, the people, the food..............it was truly a magical evening! I would drive for hours in order to have such dining pleasure! less

One of the better dishes was the chicken lettuce wraps...it was quite tasty with the 'special sauce'. The waitress was very friendly and asked if this was my first visit. It was, so she went over the menu and explained the meals were served family style. I was also expecting the dishes to be over priced, but they really were not. The place is nicely decorated. <br> Parking can be trying since its in the same shopping center with a Borders Books and Starbucks. They have valet parking during dinner. less

Many Thai, Japanese, and Indonesian inspired dishes. <br> The food is generally excellent -- out of 12 or so visits so far we've gotten only one dish that was not that good. Great vegetarian selection. Most dishes are prepared in a very healthy manner (moderate to low fat, no MSG, lots of vegetables, etc). Great brown rice (about the only place I know of that gives you a choice between brown and white steamed rice). less

We have heard much about PF Changs and decided to try it out for a weekday lunch.
We arrived around 12:45 PM. We ordered 2 dishes: 1. Mushu Chicken 2. Dan Dan Noodles
The interior was nice unlike most Chinsese restaurants. However, we should have took the hint when the waiter could not pronounce Dan Dan Noodles correctly. Imagine going to a French restaurant where the waiter could not pronounce the names of it's dishes?
The food finally arrived after about 45 minutes. Most customers in the dining room had left by this time, and the waiters did not seem that busy. I do not know what the hold up was for.
The food finally came, and the waiter made us our "special sauce." We still do not understand what the special sauce was for. Are we suppose to pour it on the rice??? Ick!
The mushu chicken was ok.
The Dan Dan Noodles was way too salty. It was only edible after mixing a lot of rice into the noodles. We're guessing that this is an Americanized version of Dan Dan noodles, and the chef intended to have the noodles eaten with rice.
Bottom line: The food served at this restaurant is not Chinese food. My relatives (I am of Chinese descent) would not know what to eat if I brought them here. less
