Wow! Just when I had lost all interest in Chinese cuisine, along comes Chang's. Buffets... Go Away! This should be a wake up call for those "cookie cutter buffet" Chinese restaurants. This IS NOT like the rest... It is simply the BEST. We were properly served, well fed, never bored, and for a reasonable price. You can ask for no more. less

Unusual, wild, thinking outside the box. This is truly one of the more unquie New Orleans dining places. Think Chinese with a Bistro twist as it states. <br> The dishes are so unique I can not even recall the name of the one I had. It was a dish of Noodles which appeared to be stir fried in a cajun type "fish fry". Amazing, and different. If you are looking to try something new. This is the place for you. less

I've eaten at this restaurant once and I won't be going back! I did not like the food at all -- but that's not to say others won't. It's not the Chinese food that I'm used too. It's a lot "fancier". Also, there are sauces on the table that you mix ... more

I've eaten at this restaurant once and I won't be going back! I did not like the food at all -- but that's not to say others won't. It's not the Chinese food that I'm used too. It's a lot "fancier". Also, there are sauces on the table that you mix and I had no idea what to do with them. They weren't the sweet-n-sour and hot mustard that I am used to. The prices are a little high but the service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. But, again, I will not return as I did not like the food at all. less
