We've been doing Outback for years and noted a steady decline over last few visits - once 1 of our favorites, it has slipped way down the scale. Most recently, we had a "griller combo" (filet & shrimp) that was sub-par & the cheese fries we always get as an wicked indulgence we dry & tasteless (we left more than 3/4ths of them). One piece of filet was rare, the other medium as ordered. Probably won't go back for a good long spell. less

The Outback special is a sirloin, and heavily spiced. Too much pepper - what are they trying to hide? A better choice is the rib eye steak, which seems to be a better grade than what they use for their "special". Can get noisy, but the serv ... more
