This is one of my favourite vietnamese resturants in Calgary. The fact that you need to make reservations to be able to get a seat every day is indication that I am not alone. <br> Incidentaly, the beef vermacilli dish is one I order frequently and my experience has not been the same. Maybe the originator of this review thread was unlucky not to be served a good quality dish. Sorry you didn't get the quality that I have come to experience at Oriental Pheonix. less

Average vietnamese food. I have eaten at about seven different vietnamese restaurants in Calgary and this one is among the worst of them. I go to vietnamese restaurants for fresh food thats low in grease, stuff like salad rolls and rice vermacilli. The dish I ordered at O.P. was sizzling satay beef on rice vermacilli, and it was super greasy. I have definitly had better. less
