If you are familiar with the On The Border chain then this is pretty much like the rest. I have always had very friendly waitstaff, though, and that is definitely a bonus. Last time I was there the steak came raw and there was a long hair in my nachos. I enjoyed my pitcher of Dos Equis, though :) The food definitely comes hot and is good for fake Mexican...just check it before you dive in. I have gone other times and not had a problem. It is a family restaurant so if the noisy kiddies get to you, try and pick a time when they aren't going to be there. The restaurant is located in the Christmas Tree Shops Plaza, so you can also get some shopping in :) less
