While I understand that any restaurant can have a bad night, I was startled with how bad On The Border was. Though we were seated immediately, that was the last time we did not have to flag down a waiter. The complimentary chips and salsa were the ... more

While I understand that any restaurant can have a bad night, I was startled with how bad On The Border was. Though we were seated immediately, that was the last time we did not have to flag down a waiter. The complimentary chips and salsa were the best items we ate there that night. I have eaten Mexican food all my life, but I have only eaten food that bad once at a restaurant in New Mexico. And it wasn't just me. My wife and son neither one liked what they were served. We flagged down a waiter (again), got our bill and left. We won't be back. No, we didn't go anywhere else that night. Our appetites were pretty well ruined. less
