Hubby and I were on vacation when we went here for dinner. We arrived early in the evening so we only had to wait 30 minutes for a table. We used the time to take pictures of the mill, the waterfall and the Little Pigeon River. The place quickly got busy. If you are looking to have a quiet intimate anniversary dinner then this probably isn't the place to go on your special night because it did get a little noisy with people being paged for their table every few minutes. The food was wonderful. I could make a meal out of fritters and corn chowder, myself. I was impressed with the country fried steak since it didn't have any gristle in it. Reminded me of eating at grandma's. The next time I get through this area I will most certainly eat there again. less
