Now called the Nossa Casa (My Home) has an excellent selection of entrees. The menu is in Portugese and English so it is easy to determine if the ingredients and preparation are to your liking. Even if you do not like Portuguese style food, they offer alternate entrees to suit an American palate. The waitress we had spoke Portugese and English without any accent and was very helpfull explaining how the food was prepared when trying to determine which entree selection to order. The servings were huge resulting in all of us having to bring home doggie bags. The Portuguese offerings, icluding the Kale Soup with Chourico, were not heavily spiced, in fact they were just right. We tried a Portuguese custard dessert that was delicious. The only negative experienced was that the timing of our meal occurred when they were short staffed and eating their own afternoon meal in the restaurant family style. Their family style meal, some sort of pasta pan dish, looked extremely inviting too. Our waitress was trying to serve at least four tables and eat her own late lunch before the early evening private parties would be coming in. less
