This is a classic case of a former "great" skating by on past reputation. I've dined there twice in 5 months--once a Sat. night special occasion, 2nd time a Tues. night business dinner.
1st time, (my wife and I)the pasta was cold. Server never returned after the entrees were served. When she did return at the end of the meal with the check, she apologized, but that was about it.
2nd time (every restaurant has an occasional bad night), party of 13, service was EXCELLENT. But alas, all veal dishes were like tough round steak, seafood stew (Cioppino)was thin and overcooked, one diner's medium rare Steak was well-done.
If you like sexy little teeny-bopper waitresses, this place is for you. If you like good food & service, spend your money elsewhere. less
