This facility should be embarrassed. I don't know how they are staying in business with all the bad reviews they get from everywhere. I wish I would of read them before I fell victim. They have an "Unsatisfactory" rating with the Better Business Bureau as well. They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was hung up on when checking a status OF A LATE DELIVERY, was threatened by the manager that my order would be cancelled because I was getting upset that it was late. They also lied about when the delivery person left their premises. I had to call three times. The daytime, week, manager should be fired immediately. He absolutely did not care whatsoever. So fair warning, horrible, rude customer service. And forget about the online ordering, that is a JOKE. I ordered hours in advance and it was still way late. Pizza is not worth it at all, much better elsewhere. Watery pizza at best, soggy crust. They simply don't care and don't provide the service they advertise. SKIP this place. You'll do much better elsewhere. less
