My favorite sushi bar and Japanese restaurant in the Los Angeles area, bar none. Noma has been in business since the 1970's, so they have had a winning formula for a while now. Noma survived the sushi "wars" of the 1980's and they still serve some very fine cuisine. Make a reservation, as this place does get busy just about every night.
