Still riding on the name.. if it is great mexican food you want... this is not it.. just average, making out on whats left of the Ninfas name.. it's ok... but nothing to go far for.

Most Ninfa's are bad, but the original on Navigation near downtown is still very good. Great margs too!

This place used to be one of my favorites growing up in Houston, but has changed wuite a bit since then. The quality of the food has gone done, the service, and the overall satisfaction with the restaurant and their menu offerings.

While previous reviews about its decline may be correct, the Ninfa's chain still puts out decent Mexican fare. I liked the chile con queso -- which you don't have in California. I think Ninfa's reputation also suffers from very high standards fo ... more

They have fallen from glory. I remember not to long ago when if you wanted good, not expensive mexican, we would go to Ninfa's. Now, i can't afford to eat there, and even if i could, the only thing i would eat is the chips and a couple margaritas. ... more

ninfa's is not your best mexican food restaurant, but probably the best one to go to is the original one on navigation! margaritas are great!

THIS USED TO BE THE ONLY DECENT MEXICAN FOOD IN TOWN. NO MORE. THE RESTAURANTS AREN'T CLEAN, THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND YOU DON'T GET TIMELY SERVICE. WHAT'S LEFT?

The chips come with the best hot and green sauce in Town, Its to bad the meal comes. Years ago these places earned a 5 star, I guess those stars are finally losing some of its luster.
