It's graduated from your basic steakhouse into something a bit more modern, with a much better decor and more diversified menu. The prices are reasonable if you live in a larger city - but for a small town they seem a bit steep, but the burgers are killer!!!! less

Mike's is a great place to take the family or to hang out and grab a brew with the guys after work. With a friendly and profesional level of service, it makes the already good looks of the place and friendly atmosphear even better. As for the food, I can say they make some GOOD steak and great other dishes. The cooks take the time to make sure your food is cooked the way you like and that the flavor is kept to the highest level. The service from the serving stalf is very good and very friendly. The only down side to Mike's is the price of its food. I consider it a bit high for my liking, but what you get for your cash is of the highest quality. Reservations are a good idea for any special event or weekend evening. Except for the high prices, I would say that Mike's surpasses most expectations of the average diner. I would give Mike's a 5 star but the price issue makes me say a high 4 star suits them better. less
