I actually live in Japan, but I often eat here when in Little Rock. For the state of Arkansas, this is the most authentic Japanese food restaurant that I have found. I once spoke to the owner of Mt. Fuji, and she said that most of the fresh fish comes from Florida. The atmosphere is great! The setting is really authentic, feels like you are actually in Japan. <br> I would recomend anyone to at least eat here once. Even if raw fish is not up your alley. less

If you like sushi, this is the ONLY place to go! They have a "Happy Hour Sushi" time. I want to say that it runs from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Their "special" is five pieces of hand rolled sushi and one "roll." They have a special order form to use, but I've never went away from my favorites of five pieces of tuna, five pieces of salmon and two california rolls. They also have specials on a board to the right of the sushi bar. Sure, the seating is limited at the bar, but you can have the sushi special anywhere in the restaurant. Along with the "special, " I usually get a Volcano Roll (it's "to-die-for" in the sushi world), a Philladelphia Roll and a small bottle of Kirin beer. It's worth every penny I've ever paid there, I have even gotten a "to-go" sushi platter before. You just can't beat them. Stop in sometime and say "Hi!" to Ray...you'll be glad you did. less
