I recently attended this establishment to re-experience their "Dinner & Game" package for a cost of $180. Monk's was one of my favorite dining spots. With absolute certainty the parking valet damaged the rear bumper of my vehicle. The repair cost as determined by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia was just over $350. Not surprisingly the parking valet denyed all knowledge of the damage with Monk's management supporting his allegation. This resulted in ICBC stating that the damage was caused by person or persons unknown and that my claim would be catagorized as "Hit & Run" which carries a very high deductible. Needness to mention that it will be a "Blue Moon" when I again patronize Monk's. FUTURE PATRONS BEWARE! less
