This rating is for the BAR, not the restaurant! The bar is very nice, whether you plan to dine or not. Available food includes the entire menu, starting at about $7 and going into the $20's. The bar is well stocked, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and warm. <br> The building is on "Tongue Row" of old Ellicott City, and if you can take some extra time to strool the sidewalks before or after lunch/dinner/cocktails it is very enjoyable. <br> I recommend stopping in for a happy hour and a bite to eat. You'll be back. less
