Meritage is a delight. A beautiful patio surrounded by a vegetable and herb garden greets you as you approach the 1920's style house. The interior is suprising with it's silver walls and sleek contemporary design. The seats are comfortable and the tables are well-spaced. The three course menu is immediately intriguing with creativity teeming throughout. Our waiter was extremely knowledgable about both the extensive wine list and the menu. The wine list ran the gamut from obscure varietals to rare vintages. Seasonal changes in the menu are in store according to our waiter. Our dinner was unhurried but timely and each course surpassed the previous. The dessert list is complex and sexy and although there was no list available, a nice offering of ports and dessert wines are available. A truly memorable experience. Awesome! less
